Once we’ve gathered all the information we need, we dive into pre-discover planning, research, and analysis. We then collate all of the data we’ve gathered so far and distil it into a questionnaire for our Q&A session. This research is what informs our workshop plans and the agenda we set for each session.

In the Define phase of our discovery sprints, the wealth of information we gathered during the workshop sessions is meticulously processed and distilled into a comprehensive set of findings documents.

To visualise the project plan, we also use Gantt charts to showcase the roadmap in a clear and intuitive manner. Gantt charts provide a visual timeline of tasks, dependencies, and deadlines, enabling you to grasp the project’s trajectory at a glance.
