The responsibilities for this role include; supporting teams in building world-class and high performing eCommerce stores, snagging and supporting client projects, creating clean lightweight code and resolving technical issues. 

You should have some experience in building websites and eCommerce from scratch and a knowledge of at least one of the following programming languages: Javascript and PHP. You should also have some experience working with WooCommerce and WordPress CMS. Ultimately, you will ensure our websites and systems are up and running to cover both internal and customer needs.


  • Work with team leads to create functional specifications ahead of project commencement
  • Collaborate with project teams, designers and other developers to develop mobile-responsive eCommerce websites
  • Running functionality testing, snagging and debugging code
  • Manage updates for maintenance and support tickets
  • Liaise with UX/UI team to decide on visual direction
  • Report ideas and concepts for client improvements to the projects team


  • Some experience as a WooCommerce Developer across multiple types of projects is ideal
  • Some knowledge in Javascript and PHP is required
  • Some knowledge of maintenance / support control
  • Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS
  • The ability to work alongside and support external development teams 
  • An outside of work interest in emerging technologies
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with solid technical writing abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Annual salary: £20,000 – £22,000
