With over 15 years of experience providing weight loss products and treatments and nine clinics across the North West of England, they have recently launched an additional nationwide video consultation service.
The Challenge
Having become an established provider in the North West, Bodyline Clinic wanted to reach a wider national audience by partnering with J B Cole and the IF agency to improve their digital presence and online brand.
Their aim was to bolster their messaging that their products and programme can be accessed from anywhere in the UK through their video consultation service and to attract an even broader customer base, boosting enquiries and new customer acquisitions.
The Impact
The project team at J B Cole assessed the current website and digital ecosystem. By streamlining confusing aspects of the existing website, they were able to showcase Bodyline Clinic’s at-home service and bring the desired messaging to the forefront.
The team also built a new contact form to capture new leads from clients. Through a lead-identification system, the sales team can now clearly identify where leads are coming from, supporting the sales pipeline and getting better results for the company. With a fresh design and build, Bodyline Clinic’s digital presence was completely transformed and now reflects their position as a trusted weight loss provider.
The Results
By working in partnership with IF agency and J B Cole, Bodyline Clinic’s team are now empowered with insightful data to make better sales. There is a new emphasis on the messaging around their at-home service which will help to further build their nationwide clientele.
Their new website also benefits from a refreshed and clean design as well as new content, imagery and branding.
